Reservation Terms & Conditions
Reservations: All reservations may be made through our website or by phone. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Rates: All rates are per night, plus a one-time cleaning fee, plus a 12.5% occupancy tax.
Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required, except for months of July, August, and all holidays which have a 3-night minimum stay.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:30 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the cabin.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of check-in. We accept major credit cards.
Security Deposit: A refundable one-night security deposit will be pre-authorized at check-in to cover the cost of any damages or excessive cleaning required. Excessive cleaning is considered above and beyond usual wear and tear, for example – dirty dishes, carpet/furniture stains, damage, moving heavy furniture back to its original location, blood, vomit, urine, etc. Excessive cleaning will be charged at the rate of $50/hour.
Cancellations: Cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to arrival receive an 80% refund of the deposit. Less than 3 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Within one week of arrival, the full length of stay will be charged.
Occupancy: Each individual cabin at Rustic Ridge Log Cabins has a maximum number of guests that it can hold. Please see our website using the online Book Now tab to see the maximum number of people allowed in each cabin. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of your reservation.
Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING (of any kind) in cabins. Rustic Ridge is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. A $500 smoking recovery fee will be assessed if it is determined that smoking has occurred in the cabin. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas.
Pets: No pets are allowed anywhere on the premises. Violation will result in eviction without refund, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
Outside Guests: Only registered overnight guests are permitted to use the facilities at Rustic Ridge Log Cabins. Family members and friends can visit with you at Rustic Ridge Log Cabins, however only registered guests can stay. Violation will result in eviction without a refund, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
Age Requirement: When not in a family setting, everyone staying must be 18 or older. For safety reasons, please be respectful of Rustic Ridge Log Cabins and make sure all children are supervised.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the cabin or its contents during their stay. The security deposit may be used to cover such damages. We know accidents happen, so if damage occurs, please contact management immediately.
Liability: Rustic Ridge is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred by guests during their stay.
